The Sapele Craftsman Bed Swing is our classic swing bed design that our customers have loved for years! This new Sapele edition of our Craftsman swing bed gives your new focal point a beautifully oiled, wood grain look to warm up your space. If you want a swing to match your custom PorchCo doors, then this is the one for you! Hand rubbed oil finish, giving the swing 99% UV Protection.

Our swing beds have an adjustable back so you can enjoy them as a bed or as a swing for more comfortable sitting. They are made to fit a 6″ thick twin sized mattress (not included). Our swing beds are made from wood with a steel frame which makes them not only lightweight but extremely durable. Our swing beds are designed to be installed under a finished roof.

About the VFT Foam Mattress

Description: 2 layers of 3” VFT foam mattresses. VFT is excellent for outdoor furniture due to its three dimensional construction which provides better air & water permeability.

About the material: Vertical Folding Technology is a patent product which makes the fiber stand vertically thru innovative technology; its fiber arrangements are similar to vertical wave stand and the vertical support increases greatly from the vertical standing fibers. The downy surface provides extreme comfort. Also due to the innovative manufacturing process our product may reduce the use of raw material, and the three dimensional construction also provides better air permeability as well as water permeability.

Please note that these swings have metal components that are not coated for saltwater environments.

These covers give your mattress a beautiful, upholstered look. Please be aware that these covers fit like a fitted sheet and tie underneath for adjustability. The fabric is 100% polyester made to resemble linen. It is mildew resistant. We recommend using Forcefield UV SunBlock spray if your swing gets a lot of direct sunlight, to help prevent fading. Whether you want a two or a four point hanging system for your bed is up to you! If you prefer a forward swinging motion, the two point system is for you. If you prefer more of a gliding / floating sensation, go with the four point system. The four point system also allows you a little leeway in terms of space, giving you the option to place the bed a bit closer to the wall.

Our Swing Bed bolsters are made from the same outdoor Polyester fabric as our Swing Bed covers. They are available in 2 different colors. They are 24" long, which fits perfectly against the arms of your swing when your swing back is forward, in the 'seated' position.
