This product is designed to be installed directly onto a deck instead of wood posts. The versatile Secure-Mount Post from Timbertech can be installed onto composite decks or concrete surfaces and adjusted to your desired height. Deck Mounting and Leveling Kit included when appropriate drop down is selected. If you plan to attach these to concrete, the deck leveling kit is not necessary, but additional 3/8″ wedge anchors are needed.
When securing posts to your deck, be sure to install blocking appropriately:
